Hi, I am Wayne, and I am a licenced driving instructor with the DVSA to give driving instruction operating under LDC Driving School franchise on a trainee licence. I am deeply committed to the safety of the road.

I have always being working in an instructor role since being in the Army. I have a level 3 in Education and Training and a level 3 in assessing vocationally. I made the decision to pursue a career as a driving instructor because I desired a position that would provide me with genuine satisfaction, and there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing an individual successfully complete their test on the first attempt. I was also consistently informed by friends and colleagues that I was a tranquil and relaxed individual who would be an excellent driving instructor.

I am fortunate to be receiving training from LDC, which employs the most advanced adult coaching and training methods. Therefore, you can be confident that the training I provide will be of the utmost quality.

Because each individual is unique, I opted to collaborate with LDC. The LD System enables lessons to be tailored to your needs, ensuring that you acquire the necessary skills to drive securely at your own pace. I endeavour to ensure that each lesson is both productive and pleasurable. The LD System merely facilitates this process.

I am committed to ensuring that my students feel at ease during our lessons, which is why I always conduct them in a calm, friendly, and unhurried manner.
